They removed a pine tree, did a great job.😁
Had part 2a tree fall. They removed it, told me all of the tree needed to come down. Called several times to schedule removal, never heard back. More of the tree fell, damaging property this time. Don't expect to hear from them unless they can charge the higher storm danage6dee. Will not be using again.
Too busy to get to me before end of October
Got an estimate in April to have a few trees dropped, called to accept the estimate a couple days later and was given between the middle to end of may for them to come do the job. Heard nothing yet so here Jun 29th I call and was told we were not even on the schedule since we did not stop into the office and sign off on the estimate which we was never told we needed to do and now the soonest they could do it is sometime in OCTOBER! Wow, really?
Very impressed with how well they communicated, followed thru with what they said in and quick and timely manner and the great job they did cleaning up the area!
