Let me just start with the fact we normally have fairly good experiences at this location. Tonight, however, I was VERY disappointed. We had a server named CJ, who apparently forgot to put in our food order, although we had 2 kids with us. We had our appetizers gone and STILL waited. We had a nice girl come over, apologize, take some off our bill, etc, which is great.... However, the server avoided our table after that, except for to bring our check. (After I asked for it). Great neighborhood bar and grill!! Always accommodating to our needs, and such a fun atmosphere for any sporting event or get together with friends and family!

My experience would have been a lot better had there not been an open condom in my drink menu. What would have made it even remotely better is if my waitress had done anything about it and told a manager, because after her brief apology, I never heard another word about it. No manager came over to apologize, no discount to make up for the disgusting experience, NOTHING. This is beyond gross and I will certainly NEVER return to this location or recommend it to anyone else.
