We called everywhere looking for a leading leg front jack for our fifth wheel. Not only did they have it in stock, but they had the best price. Everyone else would have to order it, for significantly more money. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
This is a place that will help you and provide customer service beyond your belief! They don't mind going the extra mile to help their customers and I am glad they are here with us!
Make sure you don't enter the sales lot! Very hard to manage getting out of. The parts and service are 1/4 mile down the road. We called to make sure they had the part we needed. The part was held and waiting when we got there.
Hands down the best in the business. From Johnny himself to the younger guy in the service department I can’t stress enough how good these folks are. Most important Misty in the service department is the best there ever was. She has answered every question and concern we’ve had and made sure it was handled. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. We love our new Motor home and when it’s time for an upgrade Johnnys is the only place we will be going.
