Unfortunately, this review is needed even though over a year ago I had a really good experience with this company and the needs were met. *****HOWEVER, ********* So, I called this company the week of September 7th, 2026, regarding a septic tank issue. 1st the caller "Older Female" was very rude and seemed very unknowledgeable of the company. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Had them out to get a 2nd opinion on a water issue we had been experiencing. One company quoted us 3500+ and a couple of day to repair. The team at Johnny’s had the issue fixed in under two hours. If you’re looking for good honest help. These are your guys.
I can’t comment on his services- just him as person. Ironically he walked into my place of business, thanked me and then told me to get a real job because our store closes at 2.. What did he have to gain from that other than a 1 star review is beyond me.
After 5 weeks of leaving messages I finally spoke with Kyle, only b/c he answered when I called, not a returned call...but, I had some water pressure issues and he needed to service my water softner (reset the timer). He replaced aerators in both bthrms @ $5 each and I now have a bill for $411... I have been calling again to ask Kyle about this bill, no response...the lady that answers the phone is clueless so, at this point what can you do?
