After 5 weeks of leaving messages I finally spoke with Kyle, only b/c he answered when I called, not a returned call...but, I had some water pressure issues and he needed to service my water softner (reset the timer). He replaced aerators in both bthrms @ $5 each and I now have a bill for $411... I have been calling again to ask Kyle about this bill, no response...the lady that answers the phone is clueless so, at this point what can you do? A Big 0, because of taking advantage of my elderly neighbor. this company should be ashamed and not be in business. I will be sharing this with all my friends and family and Neighbors.
Johnny’s plumbing was hired by an elderly neighbor to work on her hot water heater. In turn they purchased her car for $185 ! Just because you can does not mean you should. Any adult with two brain cells and a Conscience would know better than to take advantage of an 87-year-old woman . Be careful who you let into your home .
Fantastic! Love it! They quoted me for an outdoor spigot replacement and when the bill came it was higher than expected. I called them and they apologized for the mistake and told me the new bill amount. The new amount was even lower than the quote! Amazing! They owned up to the error and did an incredible job as well! I'll be telling everyone I know about Johnny's Plumbing. Fantastic service! I certainly trust them!
We were overbilled 6 hours labor on a job performed for us by Johnny's Plumbing. We were on site during the repair and know they were only there 4 hours, but they billed us 8 hours. They had to return to correct an error their crew had made (hot/cold water on shower faucet was switched) and they billed us 2 more hours for returning to correct their own error. I have called their office 2 times and was told someone would investigate and call us, but no one ever called. Bill has never been corrected and we have been overbilled... read more
