Fantastic! Love it! They quoted me for an outdoor spigot replacement and when the bill came it was higher than expected. I called them and they apologized for the mistake and told me the new bill amount. The new amount was even lower than the quote! Amazing! They owned up to the error and did an incredible job as well! I'll be telling everyone I know about Johnny's Plumbing. Fantastic service! I certainly trust them!
We were overbilled 6 hours labor on a job performed for us by Johnny's Plumbing. We were on site during the repair and know they were only there 4 hours, but they billed us 8 hours. They had to return to correct an error their crew had made (hot/cold water on shower faucet was switched) and they billed us 2 more hours for returning to correct their own error. I have called their office 2 times and was told someone would investigate and call us, but no one ever called. Bill has never been corrected and we have been overbilled... read more

After my call, their service technicians, Braxton and Jordan, arrived within an hour and had a new electric water heater installed in just a couple of hours. I’m very disappointed in Johnny’s plumbing. I called Reid in February. He finally came to my house in March had a pipe that had come apart under the crawlspace. Long story short $9000 later after the cleanup Reid fix the pipe I’ve sent him nine messages trying to get an invoice so I can fight the Insurance with no response. I will never call him again!
