Waited 2 days for someone to come out to our rental with no running water. Johnny came out to fix our water pump. He was completely unprofessional. Worst experience ever! Totally disappointed with an owner who had me on stand by for 2 days and no customer service!!!
Couldn't believe how nasty the owner was. John Esteves needs psychiatric help for how unstable he came off over the phone. I called about an estimate for my kitchen, and was met with the most aggressive behavior that I couldn't believe I was talking to the owner. For him to have the nerve to scream at my wife he is lucky that he doesn't get smacked for his foul language.
