Stopped in for lunch. I received my lunch special two slices and a drink . I sat down to eat and my slices were all covered in grease and like rubber no crispiness to the crust at all. Needless to say, I brought it up and told him I can't eat this and he told me because it is a lunch special it is not made fresh didn't offer to replace it . If it is that grease to where you can't eat it why serve it. I can see why they had no customers. Sad I won't be back
The daily special of 2 slices & a drink for $9.95 is an excellent deal. I'm serious when I say these slices are comically large. I could only eat one of them. Excellent crust! The sausage was especially good. Would definitely get that again. I'm glad I noticed this on the map across the street from H Mart & decided to check it out... The booths are a bit odd in that the tables take up almost the entire booth. I'm not a large person but even I found the table a bit uncomfortably close to me. UPDATE: I appreciate them reaching out and handling this situation. As for food, atmosphere & customer service this place is 5 stars! The 1 star is for the online service Slice. There's no way to contact anyone who delivers and complain. We use Johnny's specifically for our daughter who has Celiac. The pie is expensive, and when we order I expect it to be hot.
