Never in my life have I been refused to be served until today. Shame on you Johnny's for projecting your problems to your customer. Too busy and under staffed to serve without even giving the option to wait. You lost a loyal customer for life!

Got a Calzone today, it was cold inside, the meat & the cheese was cold.. told Rene that I was allergic to the silver ware & she brought a fork in a crunch up napkin, I ask her for a plastic knife & she said that she would have to go all the way in the back & she would have to look for one... she also wasn’t pleasant & she was bashing the sweet girl she was training today.. the trainee was very pleasant & professional..
