Ugh, I hate to say it but after I thought this place had been saved by new owners, it’s fallen flat again. Seems like there is no managerial staff here often. Went in for dinner early on a Saturday night and placed our order. Our salads came out pretty quickly but then the forever wait for the rest of our food began. While we were waiting we could see/hear some of the kitchen workers yelling angrily at each other. Then we kept hearing someone in the kitchen calling Lindsay, “your ——— is ready”, repeatedly. I am sooo sorry. I have looked into this incident and have taken actions to those involved . A personal meltdown in an open kitchen will not be tolerated nor will improper management over the situation will be corrected. I preach language and cell phone usage always. Pizza had no sauce and was dry, the server dropped off the food and never checked back, we asked another server for our server and was told she’s on the phone and walked away without asking if we need anything. Very disappointed!
