I had an issue with the lunch I received today. Sent them a message letting them know the issue and they offered to deliver me a new meal! Not only did they offer to make it right but they were going to hand deliver it to me. Thank you!

I'd recommend having a discussion with your staff about why it's important to turn in orders after you've taken them. People on lunch breaks don't have 45 minutes to sit there only to be told the order wasn't placed. Won't be coming back again.
Delicious and fast! Real food. You can see your food being made. Online order was simple and delicious 🖒💯
The pizza and food itself was good but the customer service skills were horrible they have a bunch of teenagers in high school or‘s were in there and do nothing on their cup instead of helping the customer and when a manager or older ladies asked him to do something they completely ignore them!
Were from New York, so this is as close as we can get to really good pizza here in the GA
My first time there for pizza at lunch time today and I must say it’s the best in Covington. I’m from N.Y. and it’s not the same but also there. Everyone is so friendly and I love that. Service was great and helpful. Definitely will be back for more. BIG THUMBS UP for Johnny’s Pizza and welcome to Covington.
