I was a loyal customer for almost 20 years with dine in and delivery with never any problems. My last delivery order for the first time ever I had to turn around and cancel due to family emergency. I called tonight to place a delivery order as we are all sick today and I was told the Owner put a note that no delivery allowed due to last cancellation!! Are you kidding me!!! Stop serving fried mushrooms that are still cold on the inside. Train your servers to actually bring the drinks to the table in a timely manner instead of making patrons wait 20 minutes for two drinks. Waiting 45minutes for appetizers is unacceptable and shows that you don't really care if customers will return again.
RecommendedOur daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday downtown and wanted to eat at Johnny’s New York Style Pizza. There were 7 of us, 3 adults and 4 kids under the age of 9. The staff was AWESOME. The waitress was super helpful and sweet - despite the fact that one of the kids spilled her drink on the floor. The food was delicious and we didn’t have to wait too long after we ordered. Highly recommend.
I am currently in there and the service is HORRIBLE. Food coming out randomly and not together and then it's WRONG. Still no waitress OR manager has come to check on us or try to correct the problem!!
RecommendedWe went today to Johnny's Pizza. Wow!!! It was great. The new owner has gone back to the tried and true Johnny's recipes. It was a great improvement. My steak and cheese sub was really good and so was my husband's stromboli. If you didn't like the pizza or sandwichs before, I would check them out now.

Try not servicing moldy tomatoes in the salad. About 25% of the way in my wife noticed it; the waitress did not replace the salad. We had to pay for the salad. The manager never came up and said a word, and when the waitress asked if there was anything she could do, I told her to go check and make sure no one else had to find any moldy tomatoes in their foodShe laughed, but then came back about 5 minutes later and told us "the manager says thank you, we found several more just like it in the back". Like...really?
