I visited this salon recently for a shellac fill after moving to the area, as my regular salon is now a significant drive away. Upon entering, I noticed two nail technicians and only one customer browsing nail colors. I was greeted and asked what service I needed. When I requested a shellac fill, a technician examined my nails and informed me they did not have time today. Given that the salon was not busy, I was surprised and disappointed by the response.
