I was actually there when this customer walked in without an appointment, so I feel compelled to speak up. The salon was fully booked, and the staff explained that they simply did not have an opening to accommodate her. They were not rude or dismissive—they were honoring the appointments of customers who had already scheduled their time. Came in and the lady asked me what I needed said a new set and said they did not have time.. there was only one person there plus their door says walk in welcome???? She was really dismissive
Today was the day I literally had to greet myself. I was asked to pick out a color but needed expert advise in which Johnny was very unhelpful. I was attempting to show him nail designs on Google that I was interested in and His exact words were “pick out a color, you want ME to look through all these colors?? I don’t know what I have!” So the two colors I picked and wanted , he didn’t have but also didn’t TRY to help me with anything closer to the color.
