We were with a group. I went to the bar to order drinks for my wife and I, standing where the bartender was mixing drinks. For 15 minutes he ignored me, along with several others lining up. Eventually another staff member passing by said he'd take the orders. I reported this to Ryan, the manager, who dismissed it as Thursday night and "apologized". Johnny’s Italian Steakhouse is a lovely restaurant with decidedly mediocre food and service. I chose this restaurant for its proximity to my hotel. I’m traveling on business and thought I would be able to get a nice relaxing meal here. I was very sadly mistaken and very disappointed! The bruschetta was soggy and more closely resembled a grilled cheese sandwich than a traditional Italian bruschetta. We arrived there late afternoon for a dinner before the night guests arrived. When we were asked where we wanted to sit it was suggest at the bar. We wanted a nice dinner not drinks. We inquired about their nicest table since we were the only guests. We were put at a table that was nothing short of a runway. The staff paraded by our table nonstop. I am not a steak eater but my friend said his steak was one of the best he ever had. I am not a steak eater myself and choose the channel #5 meal. The sauce was to die for but it was not the best pasta dish of my life. Was it good? Yes very. Next time I will try something else. House salad was excellent.
