Worse, most incompetent and unprofessional HVAC company I have EVER dealt with. From install my unit NEVER worked correctly. When I told my contractor, he and Johnny denied a problem existed. Eventually had to go with another company even though the warranty was with Johnny because they continued to deny there was a problem. The other company came in and fixed the problem, great customer service and unit is working perfectly. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND ANY CONTRACTOR WHO USES THEM!!!!
