As a woman, its hard to know whether or not an auto shop is making you pay for more than thats needed.But **** and his staff are honest, helpful in explaining things, and working with whats the priority to help me manage a budget but still be on the road with a safe vehicle. Theyre so friendly and I feel very respected and cared for. 10/10!
****** is an ****** I am a person of color, mom to two little kids (one in an hospital lended car seat due to temp handicap so losing my car a few days was going to displace our family) , I also showed up alone with no car knowledge, and ****** prioritized my car! ****** is a family Man and supports struggling moms. Johnnys Auto Clinic has been a staple is my family for over 30 years. From sitting with my father and grandfather as they got serviced, or my first car at 16 to now being 28 and still being serviced at Johnnys. I have sent countless friends and associates to get taken care of. Where I know everyone will be treated like family! Thank you Johnnys for being a reliable staple in my community!

Been using ******'s to repair my cars over 7 years and they always get things done, if every a problem or I think or feel something is off all I have to do is ask and either ****** or ***** ( mangers ) will explain what and why. So much better than a dealership anyday of the week with no surprises and I feel they will bend over backwards as long as respect is on both sides of the table.

I initially found ******'s because I serviced my Mini ****** at the time and saw that they specialized in that but since have taken my ******** and Range Rover here. I used to spend a lot at the dealer and saved so much through the years getting my car serviced here. I've been working with ***** and he's been awesome, very responsive, knowledgeable and just great to work with. I've referred friends and family to Johnnys and we've been very happy with their service. The rest of the crew is great and really nice.

Very ************* This man ****** and ***** are terrible mechanics. Took my mini ****** to them since it was leaking oil. Needed them to diagnose the problem. They tell me I needed a new valve cover oil pan gasket. Charged me ********. Went to pick up my car when they said it was ready. The battery was dead and one of my tires was low. I was upset but dealt with it. Drove off and what do you know my car is still leaking oil. They tell me its out of their hands and theyre not responsible. Reasonable prices, they explain clearly what needs to be done and why, service is prompt, and any problems resolved quickly and fairly. As good as it gets
Rather than taking my Nissan Altima directly to the dealer for a simple tune-up I called Johnny's to get a quote thinking that I might save a few dollars. They quoted me a price that was SIGNIFICANTLY more than what the dealership wanted -WOW!! The stated labor time required was excessive and the price they quoted for the parts were 3x what you could buy them for at any auto part store! took my car to them,great service so i brought three others to them. they charged one of them twice for the same services an when they told him to pick up his car he drove it home to find the valve cover gasketts hnging out an smoking from the valve coversthey were sapossed to have change those gasketts. they are very honest and also very expensive. charged me 800 to change two cylnders,two bearings an two shoes. quoted me 700 to change my axles while another mechanic quoted me 380. thats a big difference
