RecommendedGreat service. Service call was requested and appointment was fast. Detailed inspection of my washer and dryer and recommendations were made. No pressure and no unneeded costs added. Parts were ordered fast and repairs made to my dryer. Great fees, too I highly recommend calling Johnny and crew before throwing out your washer and dryer and buying new ones.
If you need anything done. You’re missing out if you don’t call Johnny. Johnny and eddy were so friendly and knowledgeable of what they were doing. And took their time to explain the steps they were taking and what they were looking for. These guys came back after their lunch because they felt bad that we would have to use a laundromat for a week due to a bad pump. They came back and actually were able to fix the pump on the spot! From our first contact with the office to the service visit. ... appointment scheduled quickly and he and his associate were extremely kind and explained the problem with our refrigerator. They fixed it quickly and the cost was fair. I highly recommend Johnny’s for any appliance service.

Our freezer quit on Monday, Johnny and Ed were here Tuesday and diagnosed the problem. Came back today with the part and we are back in business. Can't say enough about their service, pricing and expertise. This is the third appliance they have fixed for us and we are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them!!
All great things! Johnny's Appliance repair called when they were enroute as promised, they came in, introduced themselves and got straight to work. Their prices as well as their professionalism are outstanding. I am extremely satisfied with the repairs they made on my dryer!
I’ve had Johnny and Eddie come out twice now for my washing machine and I can’t say enough good things about their service. In a rural area it can be hard to find dependable people in the service industry but Johnny and his team are outstanding. They are punctual, professional, and very patient with me when they explain the problems I’ve had.
