Vic went above and beyond. There are not enough words of gratitude to express what a wonderful/amazing job he did. He was at my Mom's house for almost 5 hours diagnosing and repairing her HVAC on 8/21 (well over 100 degrees in the house). Long story short, my Mom had been hospitalized. The HVAC stopped working.
