I tried to take off an old, rusty hose fitting from my expansion tank, and ended up breaking a pipe, which caused water to pour all over my place. My usual plumber couldn’t make it, so I called another plumbing company. I called the plumber and Philip came out whenever I was available. My schedule is busy, so he arranged to come early on the weekend. He handled my septic system and fixed an issue without needing to call me for every detail. Since working from home can be stressful, I appreciated that he even replaced the dirt around the work area and provided a new cap for my septic tank, which I didn't have before. Philip is great—professional, always on time, and knows how to solve problems. I really appreciate the help and the solution.

After a dinner party, our kitchen sink got clogged up. My husband tried snaking it three times and used some drain cleaner, which helped a little, but the sink was still slow. i had a plumbing emergency early in the morning when i saw water leaking from the wall behind our main bathroom toilet, right where the shut off valve sits but inside the wall. Johnny & Sons Plumbers opened at 8am, so i called and explained the problem, letting them know i’d handle fixing the wall myself after.
