My first Johnny Rocket’s experience was in Santiago, Chile. Since then I’ve tried to eat there in different cities as we travel. I love Johnny Rockets!
Will not be back as the service we experienced today was an absolute disgrace. Waited 50mins just for drinks while other tables that came in after us were served & finished. Half of our party eventually received their food which was cold & not what was orderd. When we informed the waitress about this she was unapologetic & slammed the plates on the counter smashing a glass at which point we got up & walked out. Just walked out Johnny rockets and won’t be back. We previously had a fab experience in 2016 and decided to go back today. We sat for 50 minutes without getting any drinks served after our order was taken while the other half of our party received their drinks, while 3 other parties came in ordered their meals and finished. Went to JRs at pointe, sat for 40 mins waiting on a drink. The drinks then came and the other half our party were still waiting. We then asked the waitress about the drinks who continued to do everything else bar serve us. Meanwhile another waitress had seated 3 tables, had their drinks and mains out. The food came and was all cold and incorrect.
