Use to love coming here while Christmas shopping every year. This year is was totally different. They wear street clothes now with aprons!? I loved their old school uniforms. The kitchen messed up our order. They don’t have the little white bowls for condiments anymore. We seen our waiter when he brought us our drinks and check. Different people brought us our food. First time ever going to Johnny Rockets and I have to say that it was so delicious!! I had a Route 66 burger and I definitely would get it again!! Best burger I have had in a long time! And the waiter was very nice! My sister-in-law and I ordered sprite but when we got it it tasted just like carbonated water. We told the waiter about it and she took the drinks back and gave us new ones! Overall, it was a great experience! I recommend it to everyone!
I took my 2 grandchildren for lunch yesterday. We had a wonderful waitress, service was great and our food was delicious. My only complaint, no one danced. The children look forward to that in other Johnny Rockets.
Food was good but I was disappointed they didn't dance and sing while we were there!
Great attitude, lots of smiles .. Oh, did I forget to mention? GREAT fries!!😊👍😘
