$25 for two small burgers that wouldn't even feed a child. Definitely wasn't satisfied with the food. Server was nice but a couple other servers were very unprofessional & was arguing with each other in front of customers.
Food and service was great. I rarely have a bad experience and all my kids love it.
I think Johnny Rockets was amazing I missed going when I was little and I got to go again and it made my Saturday
We visited Johnny Rockets at the Outlet Collection this evening. Our visit was terrible. The ice tea looked very dark and murky. One of our glasses had gunk stuck to the inside. The sprite tasted like club soda. When we asked for replacements they waitress went over to a coworker and was audibly complaining about us. We also found a piece of a pen cap in one of the drinks in the ice, a big enough piece to choke on. When I asked to speak to a manager I was asked "was there something you need?" The place was gross when we visited last Saturday night. There were at least 5 servers standing around while we were there with tables that needed to be bussed and food all over the floor for over an hour. At one point one server was on her cell phone even. The food was good that's why it got 1 star instead of 2. I will not be back. This place was the classic example of bad management and poor work ethic of the people there.
The best burgers and onion rings! I have allot of food allergies and from day one Johnny Rockets has taken great care of my order. Always makes it perfect! I had my family and friend join me here for my birthday last year. It was great!!! I highly recommend this restaurant � The staff is very professional and helpful..... Just ate there yesterday, once again 150 % satisfied... Thank you Johnny Rockets.... you rock!!!!!
