Waitress was horrible and unfriendly. I have had a better orange dreamsicle milkshake from cookout, the one I got from here didn't even taste close. The bacon cheese fries tasted disgusting, I have had better from a bar. The cheeseburger wasn't too bad, but still have had much better. Way over priced...a $7 cheeseburger that doesn't even come with a side of fries! My 1st and last time eating there and definitely will not recommend!! It doesn't deserve one star!!!
I've come throughout years as a child, teen and now adult with family and been pleased with the food & service. The past couple times, I've brought my daughter with me, we've waited to be seated when they're not busy, staff looks and acts burned out, and the food isn't the same as it once was. Continue to come because of the atmosphere, and just as a tradition type motivation, so we only order milkshakes now & love them, but move on.
good food at a good price but under staffed....
Nomanya was a great server. Service was good, however, that being said the organization was not the best I've seen for sure.
Fire the whole staff and rehire all new! Call in the corporate trainers to help this place!
