First we had to wait ten mins to get seated. Second the waitress was rude when we said we needed more time to look at the menu. Then my chicken was raw and my friend’s burger was awful. Not to mention they lost our order. Awful service and it was my first time but not planning to return to this location.
Expensive but good food and clean
I recieved an today email asking about my experience at johnny rockets but I literally havent been in 6 years.
I can see the menu in the LCD. Service very low. The lady with purple hair doesn’t permit sit inside and never explain the process. The food was cold and the order taste really bad.
Great atmosphere, waitresses were very kind and in tune with our needs.
I like J.R. FOOD however i don't like bugs crawling through our food. only to get brushed aside like this is a normal occurrence... but hey we spent over 30.00 dollars for insect ridden food, but we did 6 dollar refund so there's that...
There was a big crawling around in my food. That place is nasty and the people aren't all that nice.
Good food and great service. Wish they still had the juke box.
They escorted my wife and I to a booth, then they forgot about us, had to ask for service. The young lady who served us from that pint on was awesome!
