I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. This pediatrician had two separate rooms for "sick" and "well" children. Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? Yes, I had to wait quite a while Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
