This company is a total rip off. They cost us a fortune. Didn't even vet the buyer after making us jump through hoops, had to hire a truck and labor to clear the house for this great buyer they found. Then the day before closing after$1,500 and giving up our Christmas holiday were told that the buyer didn't even come close to qualifying. Then they stonewalled us, wouldn't answer calls or messages.
