They sale you parts that don't fit your vehicle and then charge you crazy restocking fee and you have to pay shipping it cost me over four hundred bucks to send back the parts that they sold me that they assured me would fit my car after talking to their Tech he said I would have to replace my whole subframe not just cut out my crossmember and do a little welding like they told me. this company sells you kits they say fit your car, but clearly don't. the parts are all wrong and cheap poor quality.. can not seem to resolve problems with this company... all boxes came smashed... no directions.. found them on E-bay.. but they didn't go through E-bay.. so I wasn't covered by E-bay buyer protection.. they know there screwed and don't care.. buyers beware... this company uses different names on e-bay but it is the same company... don't buy anything from this company..0 stars
Please do not buy from this company. In there fine print or ordering policy as they call it they charge a 25% restocking fee. If there is a restocking fee that should be posted on the site. When I order from other companies it is CLEARLY stated on there page.
so you sell and ship defective products, charge customers 25% fee when returning a damaged item or any item plus you dontrefund for the shipping charges plus the customer pays for return shipping --WOW! I might net a $25 refund or less on my $53 order. Terrible customer service policies.

unprofessional folks that work there Jim in the tech dept was not help and was not willing to answer ant questions I had. I was on hold for 30 minutes and got no where into resolving any issues I had. If possible I would return the product to them and ask for a full refund.
Not trustworthy, beware. They take orders, say its shipped and charge the card, then we received an envelope saying, "Sorry, out of stock. Contact us for more information." But there is no contact info in the note. They have done this multiple times to us, using different websites or listings on Amazon and Ebay. Then we have to go through the refund process to get our money back each time, which takes a lot of time. Not a reputable business.
The fit and finish of their products that I purchased was of poor quality. The so-called "Kits" were incomplete. I purchased a disc brake conversion for a 64 Chev. Bearings were wrong , seals were wrong. I called customer service and was told That I was probably the reason their parts won't fit. I was told at 9:30 am that he would look into and call back with an answer. He never called back all day. Their review needs to be in deep negative numbers
BOUGHT AN ITEM FROM THEM ON EBAY, NOW GET SEVERAL EMAILS A WEEK, CAN NOT GET THEM TO STOP SENDING.
