I was extremely disappointed in my experience with Dr Lin. He saw me 1 hour and 45 minutes AFTER my appointment time with no communication that he was running late! I was just walking out as I had a patient to see and had only cleared 3 hours for my own appointment. He rushed in and began talking about surgical options. He never introduced himself, he did not pull up my x rays to show me or ask any questions about my symptoms, activities, limitations or anything about myself. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Lin for my foot-related concerns. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Len took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and the treatment options, and his bedside manner was warm and reassuring. I highly recommend Dr. Len to anyone seeking orthopedic foot care!!!!
