Dr. Lin was able to see me on short notice. He and the staff at Rush were organized and the appointment could not have gone smoother. Dr. Lin diagnosed the fracture and provided clear direction and guidance. Very pleased with him and all the staff @ Rush.
Seems knowledgeable. Could be warmer to establish connection with the patient. The wait time is very long and appears to be due to multiple patients being scheduled for a single time slot. My actual appointment was for 9:45; after about 10 minuteswith the doc, I left there at 11 am. Patients also have schedules to keep with work and life. I hope that Midwest Ortho will consider a different system. Thank you for considering my perspective.
