Very impressed with the cleanliness of Rush campus. Staff friendly and professional. Dr. Lin was thorough and gave me sound advice. (I had a bone infection after total ankle replacement, which resulted in removal of the device from a different surgeon.) Wishing I had come to Rush and Dr. Lin to start with.
Dr. Lin is an extremely knowledgeable and caring provider. He explains things in a way that is easy for the regular person to understand. He is also a skilled surgeon.
Dr. Lin and his office were great! I felt that all my concerns were listened and responded to and he took time to explain my injury. He also gave me contact information for follow up needs and questions. I love having a direct line to the office should anything worsen or if I have unanticipated issues and that seems rarer these days in healthcare.
