Johnny was there for the whole process. He guided me from the beginning to the end. His recommendations to have a home and pest inspection before selling the house were key to making the process very smooth and proactive. He pays close attention to detail and recommended trustworthy contractors along the way. I subsequently received multiple offers (8 to be exact) that were above asking price.
