First and last time there a couple nights ago, very disappointed, ordered the mac and cheese burger, Mac and cheese was cold and a piece of my bacon was cold as well... Server was cocky and condescending. Will not be going back, shame the place visually is comforting, but not the food!
The calamari was very chewy, we exchanged for the lava shrimp and it was so over battered and seasoned couldnt tell what we were eating. Witnessed our waiter arguing with another waiter. The meatloaf was okay, as were the potatoes. A real bummer.
Stopped here for a quick drink and snack before a movie. It took a little longer than expected to get seated even though there were plenty of open tables(~15 mins). Server was friendly and attentive. Cocktail was good. Edemame app was tasty but maybe a bit overcooked? (I've had Edemame plenty of times elsewhere, and this is the first time the outside skin was hard and flaking off, which was weird and annoying). The jalapeño poppers were spicy! - so much so, that we didn't even finish them.
We have been here 5 times. Every time the service was slow. They got our order wrong or had something change in our food, hair, pieces of plastic etc. Every time there has been an issue. Plus everything is over priced, they don't even know how to make an old fashioned at the bar. Haven't gone back and don't plan on it. Great idea and atmosphere, but they need a new manager and staff.
