Tim is great, he wasn't completely positive that this 2 inch eco hitch would fit on my Mini Countryman John Cooper Works because they sometimes are a little unique (compared to the standard Countryman). Well he was willing to dig in & give it a go, he did an awesome, professional on time job. I highly recommend Johnny Franklin Hitch Service for all your hitch needs.
Fantastic!! I have a used '05 Suburban, didn't know if the trailer plug worked and I needed a brake assist setup. I showed up to make an appointment and Tim was able to confirm the plug worked and he was able to install the brake assist on the spot! So rare to find service like that these days. I had no idea what the cost would be, it was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place for all trailer and hitch needs. I'm super stoked!!
I called Tim in a pinch and he very kindly squeezed me in to get the Trailer Brake Controller installed! When I arrived he welcomed my dogs into the shop with a water bowl and a side room for them to hangout. He was very nice and took in consideration the placement of the controller for my specific needs. We were in and out of there before I knew it. The brake controller does exactly what it needs to and I was able to grab the horse & get out of town exactly as planned! Thank you Tim
