I feel like a new and improved version of myself! I’m absolutely satisfied and can’t express how happy I am with my results. Dr. Franco and his staff reached out many times and went above and beyond when it comes to the type of service we are used to these days. If only all establishments had their etiquette.
Dr Franco and his staff lied to my face, they took my money In advance and and when I spoke up due to their many mistakes ,consequences of their horrible communication, decided to cancel my surgery less then a month before right after I paid the entire amount of thousands of dollars for my surgery. I feel like I got scammed being they didn’t cancel me due to medical reasons. I was promised a full refund from the Dr. yet at this point don't trust in their word. Dr. Johnny Franco exceeded all my expectations. My whole experience was great. From making an appointment to rolling out of surgery. I just couldn’t be happier with my results!! He made me feel beautiful without making me look fake. Literally a more beautiful me.
