First time ordering from this company, thought I’d give it a shot. Ordered a 14K gold Franco chain, 22 inch, 1.5 mm, somewhere around the weight (according to their website) 3.96 grams for the chain. I received my chain today, it only weighs 3.1 grams (which is the weight of the 1mm chain, not the 1.5 mm that I ordered). The chain looks great, but they gave me the smaller size and weight in hopes I wouldn’t notice. Not really a good experience here for my wedding band I had them custom design and make with diamonds, emeralds, and sapphires. In 3 months, I have have had several stones of each fall out at different times. This past time, now the 4th time, I had all 3 emerald fall out over the weekend. I come back to get it repaired and for us to come up with a solution to fix these stones, which are large stones, 1/4cw and bigger, from falling out, even if that includes a bevel, and they told me nothing they could design or do to hold la... read more
