The service was much easier than expected. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and handled the appointment without any unnecessary hassle.
The heating system repair took about two hours, which seemed appropriate given that they found and replaced a faulty thermostat wire. They also explained how the issue compared to a previous visit for routine maintenance, giving me confidence in their thorough approach.
I initially thought the vent cleaning would require significant time and disruption, but it was efficiently completed in about an hour with minimal disturbance. The technician explained that some build-up was affecting airflow efficiency, which the previous company had overlooked.
I was initially skeptical because a previous vent cleaning by another company did not resolve our airflow issues, but this technician took the time to explain where blockages were occurring and methodically cleared them over the course of two hours. This visit made a noticeable difference in how evenly cool air is distributed throughout the house.
Prompt and solved the issue efficiently.
