My air float switch failed, and unfortunately, I fell behind on cleaning out the drain pipe — which is so important. To anyone reading this: please remember to clean your AC drain line and pour vinegar down it at least once a month! Don’t let what happened to me happen to you. He walked me through what was wrong with my system, the cost associated to address the issue and answered my questions about the care plan they offer.
