I was injured on their property due to a slip and fall. It was close to the end of the night. I slipped on oil and was lying on the floor screaming for help. No one came out, so I had to hop on one foot to the office and told them what happened . The ** *********************** was there, so the manager asked me some questions and told him I wanted to file a claim. He wouldnt give me the claim. It was typing on his phone. I agree this place is horrible. They used to give you all of the products you need to clean your car now they charge you $50.00 a month for a lousy wash no car cleaning supplies and a vacuum. I know of several similar car washing establishments that are only $20.00 a month and provide the same services with all of the amenities. I had to leave a star, but they do not deserve a one-star rating.

This place is s scam. Tried to cancel over online and have to create an account even though I am already being charged. When I try to call no on answers and I cannot cancel. They are for sure taking advantage of people especially the elderly. I will make sure this dishonest place does not take more money from others and creates a frustrating issue from simply getting a card wash! BEWARE before doing business with these folks!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Johnny Clean Car Wash in ***************. My experience with this establishment has been nothing short of a nightmare.Over the past three years, Johnny Clean Car Wash has been charging my credit card a total of $900 for services that I have not received. I am being charge for a subscription in three months after cancellation at contact the manager they did not respond and they are still charging my credit card.
