You can tell the people working there want you to enjoy your purchase. They have never tried to sell me something overpriced. They have also helped people with less experience understand their purchases and make the right chooses.

I went here with my son to try to beef up his Pokémon deck. The place was full of people! The team behind the counter was great, pulled some singles they thought would improve his situation, made time for us even though it was busy, and shared some info on their Tuesday night Pokémon league. What a great first experience. Well Done!
