We ordered carside pickup, first of all, the phone rang for over 3 minutes and I had to call back 3 times to place an order. That should have been a sign to order elsewhere. When we arrived, we were told that the girl that took our order was not trained to do so. That meant half of the order was made and waiting while the other half needed clarification, and then made. I am a frequent customer. I love the food...always, but the service is hit and miss. The gal working curbside today (aug 27) was so rude! I ordered a salad they said would take 5 minutes and after driving across town, waited 10 minutes outside before entering and waiting another 10 while the curbside girl and another chatted. The gal finally brought me the bill and tossed it down on the counter. My order did not have it utincils, bread or napkins.
