I have never eaten anything there that I didn't love!
This was my favorite place to eat and I was hooked on the rib eye and the Amalfi lemon aid. They catered business mtgs for us and we had our family Christmas dinner there. But the last three times we ate there I couldn't cut my steak not matter how I tried... My husband was not impressed with his meal either. The last time the mngr could see we were unhappy, he came over and I explained my issues with my tuff tasteless rib eye... He told me they had changed the recipe and he liked it better this way. The quality of food has went down extraordinarily in the past few Years . I will never eat there again . When I complained about a meal I had ordered ( very under cooked pizza dough) the manager was rude and just walked off . I could tell he treated the workers badly . I wouldn't eat here again if it were free . A frozen meal taste better .
Service and food horrible! Called!in an order. Couldn't get our order correct (appetizer and both entrees made incorrectly) , missing items, oil for bread tasted rancid. Used to be our favorite restaurant, will NOT be back.
I was greatly disappointed last night when I arrived at Johnny Carinos at 9:50 pm (thinking they closed at 11) only to watch, as my family was approaching the door, an employee hurry to lock the door right before we got to it. The sign said they close at 10. But it was only 9:50. Lame! So Texas Roadhouse got my $$$ business last night. I love the food at Johnny Carinos but was greatly disappointed in what happened last night. Poor customer service!
