The waitress was very nice. But that’s where the positivity ends. This is a train wreck of pizza. I’ve had better pizza at a college cafeteria. It’s the kind that’s too soggy and too floppy as soon as you pick up the piece all the toppings fall off. Too much sauce on it and 20 bucks for a 12 inch pizza? Come on now that’s ridiculous. I wish I would’ve just got a frozen pizza from Harris Teeter next-door. Head back towards Mooresville and go to Tony’s or Brooklyn boys.
After ordering pizza here multiple times and receiving an amazing product every single time we decided to come in to dine in and try other food they serve. Started off by having an amazing experience with the host/server, she was alone and she actually cared for the customers. We received a warm welcome and were able to choose any table. I was going to order from here but after reading a few continous reviews about the work ethic of the folks in the back of the house and burning pizzas and such, I'm not sure I'm willing to pony up my money. I see responses from the customer service team, but I don't see the owners going into their establishment themselves and working the position themselves in order to stand behind their brand. Surely someone is left in ownership that originally started this brand.
