Can’t recommend Emmily enough!! My husband is very picky with his wardrobe. He doesn’t like certain fabrics which can make it difficult to buy him clothes. Emmily is amazing at helping me choose the right fits that tick all the boxes. Emmily always makes me feel so welcome the minute I walk into the store. She really knows her stuff which is extremely helpful! I’ll happily keep coming to Johnny Bigg in Carousel for all my husbands needs!

I visited the Carousel Westfield branch and was served by Emily who is an absolute gem! The best customer service I have ever experienced, I will be definitely visiting back not only for the products but also for the friendly staff (special mention to Emily who went above and beyond with her service)
I had a surprise wedding I had to get an outfit for, had a limited time window on a Sunday arvo to get it done. Went to another suit store first and just didn't get great customer service feel from the guy and the prices were outrages. Asked him if he could put the items on hold to which wasn't willing to do. Ended up trusting my gut and looking at Johhny bigg's first and Im happy I did. We were Greeted by Ethan who was very genuine (what was missing from the other store) and helpful.
