Even though they change or rotate the staff alot everytime I shop here i spend lots of money because the staff are so terrific I find it's harder and harder to get actual customer service these days. Some places you go you wont even get a hello back after saying G'day..The guys even called around for me when a particular style shirt i liked was sold out of my size they found a couple and got them to hold them for me. Never had a bad experience at johnny's thanks guys keep up the great service
Love shopping here because I can actually find clothes that fit me, and the staff are amazing. Emily is an absolute asset!
Amazing service levels. Found my sizing and style requirements for me throughout the shop. Even robbed a manican of its shoes for me! As a fellow manager of customer experience, this shop sets a very high bar for anyone to follow.
Can’t recommend Emmily enough!! My husband is very picky with his wardrobe. He doesn’t like certain fabrics which can make it difficult to buy him clothes. Emmily is amazing at helping me choose the right fits that tick all the boxes. Emmily always makes me feel so welcome the minute I walk into the store. She really knows her stuff which is extremely helpful! I’ll happily keep coming to Johnny Bigg in Carousel for all my husbands needs!
