Excellent bakery, but rude staff. Was disappointing, we have been loyal customers of the bakery for years. The competition in this area is to great to treat your customers like they are an annoyance. We will go elsewhere.
I have used them to make my son's birthday cakes for the last 3 years and they do an awesome job everytime!!!!
ThIs year would be the 7th year I've bought my son's birthday cake from here. The cakes have always turned out beautiful and I've never had any problems. The staff has always been friendly and helpful .
This is the best pastry shop in Ohio. It is only about 1 hour North of Cambridge off of Route 21. Hand made donuts made daily. Hand decorated cakes made to order for any occasion. I personally love the glazed donuts.
A salesman brought a mix box of donuts to our (Cleveland) office - holy moses they are fantastic, never had a donut like theirs! AmAzInG
