Had a very nice night. Matt, our waiter was fun, knowledgeable and helpful. One of the best waiters ever. The tomahawk ribeye was big enough to share and did not disappoint. The Madagascar shrimp de Johnnie was good, but I feel the preparation lacked a bit. Maybe we just needed more of the sauce. The "house" salad was amazing. Thank you, Matt for the great evening!!
The best meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The madagascar shrimp was amazing. The service was great. Highly recommend this restaurant. I wish they would consider opening one in the west palm area.
Open Table directed us to Johnnies Hideaway after a 7hr drive. The website looked upscale and outlines in house aged steaks and this was exactly what we were looking for. My son ordered the escargot starter and it arrived capped in some sort of very bland pastry. The bland theme carried throughout the meal. I ordered scallops, both my son and husband ordered the filet. Both steaks arrived barely fired. I mean the outside was grey in color. Love this place indoor or out bar side. Food and portions are great... drinks delish!
First time and we were impressed. Great cocktails, Apps, Service and Entrees were Outstanding.
We loved the steaks but the personal service & attention from the staff was fantastic. Cross your fingers that your seated in Tommys section. Just not a fan of the house salad or it would have been a full 5 rating. #lovegarlicpickles
