I haven't known Johnnie for very long mostly because my house sold on day one of the open house. Had 11 people look at the house with 2 offers the first day of the open house. Johnnie is a hard working real estate agent who knows how to sell homes. He is very knowledgeable and always makes you feel confident when problems arise. Johnnie helped us buy our first house 12 years ago. He is easy to work with and goes above and beyond. Over the years he has shown us many properties without complaint when things didn't work out. This year we had a cross country move so he helped us sell that house and set us up with a realtor in the new city. He also helped us find a painter and made sure we sold at a fair price so we wouldn't have to be on the market too long, but still got a good value for our home.
We have twice bought a home with Johnnie as our realtor in the past four years. Both experiences have been great. Johnnie knows his stuff, his experience shows. It took me more than a year from the first house we went to see until I finally found my house. Johnnie was awesome! He kept helping me and keeping in contact with me despite it looking like I would never buy a house.
