There’s a lot I could say about this place but all of the other 1 star reviews sum it up. I could go on for days about all of the reasons why I will never go back here.. If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist just keep looking!
Daughter went there and got a referral to a pediatric dentist. They would not send a copy of her xrays to the other dentist. My insurance pays for 1 xray, a year, per individual. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for another xray at pediatric dentist. Only 2 weeks had passed since her appt with Jorgensen and our request for the xrays. Not a very good way to get repeat customers. Our family will not be going back.
They were exceptionally great with my kids; exceedingly patient and trying to make them comfortable as they were nervous about going to a dentist. They have a lovely office and waiting area.
They advertise they accept Oh Medicaid but they don't. It's sad when she would have so many more patients with so many kids in this county in need of a good dentist but I guess it's all about money instead of kids getting the proper care.
