I would give them zero stars if I could. In August 2022, they sold us a house that had illegal non-permitted electrical work (main electrical panel). A recent inspection from the city revealed that it’s not even up to code. Now we are facing fines from the city if we don’t get the panel permitted and up to code. They won’t respond to any of our messages or demands, keep your sanity and seay away.
