Dr Shaffer only seems to want to poke shots at you.Doesnt try to find solutions. Poor office management too . It's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at the front desk.
Was supposed to receive a call from Dr and never did. Waited over an hr before I had to go to work. When they finally did call, said I had to come in. Tried calling 5x to schedule before ofc called. Said they couldn't get me in for 2 months....even though I told them I was in severe pain. Obviously do not care.
Today was my first appointment and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was treated very well and the Nurse and the Dr really listened. I'm finally going to get answers and some pain relief. I would highly recommend this office.
Excellent Dr. Highly recommend!
