Not sure if there is new staff on board but the lady I spoke to on the phone today was very unprofessional - actually laughed at me. Been with this agent for almost 20 years and not once have I ever had a experience like I did today.
Customer service was not professional.
My various insurance policies are with John Youngdahl at Statefarm. Especially as a business owner, I am so grateful that I can call or email with any question--no matter how dumb it feels--and get a quick, clear, and kind response from people who know me and know my business. I'm a long time state farm customer. I changed agents when I moved from AZ to CO in 2019. The experience going from a competent, professional agent to John Youngdahl has been a nightmare. I can honestly say, I haven't had one pleasant interaction with this agency. Jan answers the phone every time and is rude, unhelpful and unprofessional EVERY time.
