John Cha is extremely arrogant, unprofessional, and does not know how to communicate effectively. His facility at East Regent Street in Inglewood is poorly maintained, with dirty walls, outdated equipment, and an unclean environment. During my visit, Dr. Cha handled my injury aggressively, showing little regard for my comfort.
