My daughter is on scholarship and there are 4 students per unit. They only offer one reserved and one guest parking spot, leaving her and another roommate with a spot. They are at risk of being towed, and was already told by the HOA president that they will call a tow. The only offer to park at the clubhouse and walk to her unit, regardless of time of day, still at risk of being towed, and without security.

Eagle pond is basically Section 8 housing tucked into a golf course. Non responsive management that will take your money. When I was handed the keys, I was already told the dishwasher would need replacement, which they did with the cheapest model possible. I also quickly found out the microwave, garbage disposal did not work, and refrigerator leaked water with rust on the inside. It took 6 months of correspondence until they finally agreed to give me a $700 allocation to get a small one on my own. The shower drain was so clo... read more

The worst office I have ever visited, no communication, almost stayed without a home because I believed I was being helped. Thank God I now have a great place. There loss.
