I call John for a drain field problem. I was told that he would come out in 24 hours. He didn't show up. I called again, and again, etc. He kept telling me he would come. He never did. I didn't even get a call from him offering an explanation. Finally, I called someone else on day four. John, if you don't want to do a job be considerate and let the homeowner know. Just be honest.
